Our Story

We build it like it's our own home.

A.P.I. was founded by Lata Iongi. For more than 25 years, he has worked on homes throughout Utah. The name API means home in Tongan, and that's at the center of how he approaches every project. Whether it's stucco, siding, or concrete, his belief is simple: do the job the right way, treat people fairly, and leave behind work that lasts.

That's the standard behind everything we do. We don't take shortcuts, we don't chase the fastest dollar, and we stand behind the result. As Lata puts it: "It's not about making quick money. It's about giving people a good product that lasts for years."
