How we handle your information

Short version: you send us your details so we can talk about your project. We use them for that, and that's it.
What the quote form collects
When you send the quote form, we get what you type in:
- Your name, phone number and city
- The type of project and any details you add
- Your email, only if you choose to give it (it's optional)
If you call, text or email us, we get your phone number or email address and whatever you send, including photos.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, look at your project and put together a quote. We may call, text or email you about your request.
Where it's stored
Form requests are stored with our email provider and our CRM provider (the software we use to keep track of quotes and follow-ups), so nothing falls through the cracks.
Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. They use cookies to measure visits to the site and to tell us whether our ads lead to quote requests. That helps us spend our ad budget on what actually works.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out add-on and ad settings you can change.
We don't sell or share it
We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone else. The only outside companies involved are the email, CRM and Google services described above.
Want it deleted?
Email info@apiconstructionutah.com to ask us to delete your information, and we'll take care of it.
